I had a great experience at Street and Trail. I bought a 2024 Honda Grom from Randy Valdez. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and considerate. I will add as well, that it was very helpful that Randy spoke Spanish because it allowed my Spanish speaking father to participate in the buying process. I had been looking around at the dealership for some months and Randy kept up with me regarding the Grom. The day I bought it, the dealership had already prepared the bike and the process was very quick and easy. I believe Amber and Sabrina helped out in the sale and they did great! I was met outside by Richard (I may have his name wrong) to go over the new bike. He was very attentive, patient, and eager to answer any of my questions. Keep it up guys, your customer service is miles ahead of the other guys around town!
The people who helped me were so kind, and considerate of my worries and preferences on which bike to get. They were all so encouraging and helpful. Even down to when I picked the bike up, and purchased riding gear. I will never go anywhere else but here. Thank you all!

Great service. Brought my own tires to have replaced on my Harley SG. They had them mounted and balanced within 2hrs without an appointment. Will be back in 15K miles for new tires directly from them next time.
Amber Newman was such a pleasure to deal with and got me exactly what I needed ASAP of which was a Kawasaki Mule SX 4x4 XC FI with windshield, top, and receiver SAME DAY PICK UP for my horse farm. Highly recommend her and this store. Will definitely be back sooner than later.
Stoped in to browse the parts department and was emediatly impressed by the display layout, and ease of shopping. Everything was easy to find, and the parts counter reps are very knowledgeable about the parts they handle. Brands like Fox, Fly, Leatt, 100%, FMF, and Alpine star just to name a few. They also carry, or can order factory parts for Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, and Suzuki.
I was helped immediately. Originally was returning a borrowed trailer but I was hooked. My brand new 2024 Honda Rancher 4x4 with the wheel/tire package was an awesome buy. Amber Newman helped helped me with my purchase and did not hassle me or pressure me. Would highly recommend them and will buy from here again.
Got my Honda serviced here, they did a great job and not too expensive.
